We've revamped the mattero What's New to bring you a fresh new look, including a product highlights video!
The video is packed with the essentials, so make sure to watch it right to the end.

As always we've included an overview of some key feature updates, with more details available right here in the Knowledge Base.
We've packed even more usability features into this powerful tool. It's now easier to select matter contacts when adding them to a new email as well as attaching documents and converting them to PDF at the same time.
And for those who haven't installed the Outlook add-in as yet, it's now available to download directly from Microsoft AppSource!
Change the Invoice Contact
Do you ever need to send an invoice to someone other than your client? It happens, right?
Well, now you can change the invoice contact on a draft invoice. A simple update that makes your end of month billing so much easier.
Configurable Payment Terms
Outstanding debtors giving you sleepless nights? Well, set your own payment terms so the invoice due date auto-calculates.
You'll get paid sooner, improve your firm's cash flow and get a good night's sleep with this neat little update.
Did you know that you can now apply a payment directly to an invoice in mattero? Yes, that's right. An 'Add Payment' option is available in the actions to apply a payment to an approved invoice.
Even better, the payment syncs to Xero! Keeping everything in sync keeps the accountants happy.
Select Document Template
By simply adding a Search function to the Select Document template window, creating new documents from templates just became a whole lot faster.
Document Creation Date
You asked for it and we listened. The document date has been relabeled as the Creation Date.
Even better, you can edit the Creation Date on an existing document through the Edit Document Details option.
Invoice History Report
We know you love the Invoice History Report, but some asked for a way to reconcile end-of-month invoices against debtors in Xero.
So we've added an 'As At Date' to the report. Now you can report on issued invoices based on the entered date giving you a snapshot in time.
