mattero’s data is stored in Microsoft Azure Data Centres and is replicated across two separate locations within Australia. This ensures no single point of failure exists within our workflow.
All data and files (e.g. Documents and emails) stored in mattero are backed up regularly. We automatically update our backup database and files every four minutes.
In the case of a major large-scale region event, your data stored in mattero will be no more than four minutes out of date between our two data centres. In addition, in the event of such a regional outage, clients will be notified and kept updated on our progress in recovering the system.
