Introducing a new collaboration tool where you can share documents, request feedback, action tasks and communicate with members of your team or firm via a real-time chat.
This feature eliminates multiple versions of documents circulating around the office and ensures that everyone is working on the one true version.
Batch and invoice up to one hundred invoices at once, saving you much needed time during your end of month invoicing.
Document Usability Features
To keep it simple, we've added the following usability features to documents:
Group and Order Custom Fields
Working with custom fields is now even easier. Group custom fields together through the new Custom Field Group option. Then drag and drop to set the order of the custom fields within the group.
Custom fields will display grouped together in user-friendly collapse and expand panels on the matter or contact.
Flexible Task Grouping
Need to see your tasks grouped by Priority or Due Status? Both options are now available in the Tasks by Due and Priority Report.
Trust Warning Messages
Sometimes a little guidance is needed when managing a Trust account.
That's why we've added warning messages when you close a Matter with an open Trust balance, or cancel a Trust transaction on a closed Matter.
Automatic Cost Write-Off
To simplify the recovery of outstanding costs, mattero will automatically write them off when you close a Matter.
