Why do I see a "Save Failed" message?
If you see the message "Save Failed - Failed to obtain email details from Exchange Server", this indicates the email you attempted to save was not found on the Office 365 Exchange Server.
The Office 365 Exchange Server is hosted in the cloud, and so the most common cause for this error is that the Exchange Server has not yet updated to reflect the changes you may have made from your personal device.
This often occurs if the email was recently moved, especially if the email holds large attachments.
To resolve this, allow a few minutes for the Office 365 Exchange Server to synchronise with your device, then attempt to save the email to mattero again.
