Tasks are a record of any work required on a Matter. These can be viewed on the Tasks page by selecting the Tasks icon on the sidebar in mattero, or in the Tasks section of a Matter by selecting the Tasks tab.
Any overdue Tasks will also display a notification at the top of every screen in mattero. (View the Recent Items and Overdue Tasks article for more information.)
When viewing Tasks, you can sort by Due Date, Created Date, Assignee, Task Status, Priority, and Type by selecting these filters.
Alternatively, when viewing the Tasks page, select Calendar Mode to view Tasks in a calendar. (Please note, Calendar Mode is not available in the Tasks tab of a Matter.)
Select My Tasks, My Overdue Tasks, or All Tasks to sort which Tasks display, and use the Filters to filter these results further.
Select the Today button to navigate to today's date, or select the Back and Forward (< >) buttons to scroll across months.
Selecting a Referral Task navigates to the Referral Task's page. (View the Referral Tasks article for more information.)
Tasks with a "High" importance will display an exclamation mark (!).
When hovering over a date, select the Create New Task (+) icon that appears to create a new Task; please note, the Due Date defaults to the date selected.
(View the Create, View, and Edit Matter Tasks article for more information.)
Also, if more than four Tasks appear on a given date, any additional Tasks will be hidden from the standard Calendar view. Select the See More (...) icon to view all Tasks for a date.
