The Invoice Costs report provides a summary of all Invoices for a given period, which can be broken down by Practice Area, as well as by both Fees and Expenses, to provide a highly granular level of data regarding your organisation's finances.
Viewing Invoice Costs Report
To view the Invoice Costs report:
- In the sidebar, select Reports ().
- Under Invoices and Payments, select Invoice Costs.
- The Invoices Cost Report will display; a number of options can be configured on this report.
The dropdown menus and buttons at the top of the Report are the filters that can be applied to arrange the raw data.
The Actions menu offers the option to print as a PDF, or export as an Excel or CSV file.
The Column Chooser () icon opens a window that displays a list of any available columns that are not currently in the Report. Columns can be dragged and dropped to and from this window as needed.
Further, all columns in the Report can be dragged and dropped to reorder them as needed.
Finally, selecting the arrow on any header will collapse or open its subject.
