Below are a number of frequently asked questions from first-time mattero users.
Why can't I log in to mattero?
There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to log in to mattero.
First, confirm your email address and password are correct, or that your Microsoft or Google authentication have been configured correctly.
You may also experience difficulties logging in if your device's time and date are inaccurate. Confirm the date/time settings on your device are correct (and follow your device's process for syncing these as needed), then attempt to log in again.
If you are still unable to log in, consult with your organisation's mattero system administrator to confirm your account is active with mattero.
Can two people share the one mattero account?
No. Only one person is allowed to use a mattero account. All people accessing mattero must be added as paying Users and allocated a licence.
