Once a payment is made to mattero, you can download an invoice or receipt for the payment from Stripe, the secure payment platform mattero uses to handle Subscription Package payments.

Downloading a Subscription Package Invoice or Receipt

To download an invoice or receipt:

1. On the sidebar, select System ().
2. Under Subscription and Marketplace, select Account and Billing.

3. Select Billing and Invoices.

4. This will open your Stripe page; at the bottom of this page is your Invoice History, which shows all invoices mattero has processed for your account via Stripe.
   
   Select an invoice from this list as needed.

5. In the window that opens, select Download Invoice or Download Receipt to download a PDF copy to your device.
