A Contact can be edited to update or change their details at any time.
Please note, you can also add additional fields to record custom information (such as birthdays and business milestones) to a Contact, and update these when editing.

Editing a Contact
To edit a Contact:
- In the Contact's page, select Summary, then select Edit.
- Select the New Email, New Phone, and New Address buttons as needed to add a new email, phone number, and address respectively.
Alternatively, select the Delete icon (), to remove these from the Contact.
Please note, if there are two or more entries in a field (such as two email addresses or two phone numbers), one entry must always be marked "Primary", which will be the default point of contact for this aspect of the Contact.
If there are three or more entries in a field and the Primary entry is deleted, the next entry in the list will automatically become the Primary entry, however this can be changed as needed.
When all updates are made, select Save. Also, if you accidentally delete a field, selecting the Cancel button will undo any changes made.
