The Matter Contact page displays the Contacts related to the matter. By default, the Matter Client and Referrer will be displayed on the creation of the Matter.
Please note, currently only one mattero Contact can be assigned to the Client field. However, if there are two Clients on a Matter, two workarounds are currently available.
Create a new Contact in mattero and list them as a Company. You can then enter the names of both parties in the Full Name field, and enter their remaining details as needed.
Alternatively, additional Contacts can be added (such as "Client 2", "Client 3", etc.) and configured for each Practice Area by creating them in the Matter Custom Fields section.
Please note, if you are adding a Matter Custom Field, ensure the Field Type is set to "Contact".
