Costs - Time & Expense Records
There are many reasons you may need to view all time and expense records that have been recorded over a specific period of time. Some examples may include:
- ensure expenses incurred on behalf of a client have been allocated to a client invoice.
- review expenses to ensure staff have used the correct cost code for the expense.
- monthly reconciliation between mattero and other systems, such as Xero and InfoTrack.
To view all costs transactions:
- On the left navigation menu, select Costs (
).
- Select All Costs tab.
- From the Cost Code filter, select the time and expenses cost codes to be viewed.
- To view over a specific date range, select from the Date filter.
Please note, you can also export all Cost records by selecting the Export option in the top-right corner.
View Time Transactions
To view time transactions:
- On the left navigation menu, select Costs (
).
- Select All Costs tab.
- From the Costs Type filter, select Time
- From the Cost Code filter, select the time cost codes to be viewed.
- To view over a specific date range, select from the Date filter.
View Expense Transactions
To view expense transactions:
- On the left navigation menu, select Costs (
).
- Select All Costs tab.
- From the Costs Type filter, select Expense
- From the Cost Code filter, select the expense cost codes to be viewed.
- To view over a specific date range, select from the Date filter.
