You can prevent a person from accessing mattero by disabling their User account.
Note: depending on your Security Role, you may not be able to disable Users.
Also, if only one User in your organisation has access to all permissions and they need to be disabled, please ensure you do not disable their account until another User has been given all permissions.
(View the Create, Assign, and Delete Security Roles article for more information.)
Also, if you disable a User account, it can be enabled again, in order to reinstate that person's access to mattero (view the Enable User Accounts article for this process). However, you must have permission in your Security Role to do so.
Disabling User Accounts
To disable a User account:
- On the sidebar, select System ().
- Under Users, select User Accounts.
Note: by default, the Enabled filter is set to 'Yes', so the list will display only the Enabled Users when you first get to this page.
- Select an Enabled User's Actions menu, then select Disable User.
- In the confirmation window that opens, select Yes.
Note: once you have disabled a User, you will also need to either reallocate their mattero License or lower the number of Licenses in your organisation's Subscription Package.
View the 'Managing Your Subscription Package' section of the Subscription Packages article for more information.
