If you have forgotten your password, it can be reset via the login page.
Please note, for security reasons, if you enter an incorrect password or email address five consecutive times, your account will be locked for five minutes, and you will not be able to access the account even with the correct password.

Further, this article only applies to Users who log in with an email and password, rather than a Microsoft or Google account.

Resetting Your Password
To reset your password:
- Select Forgot Password? from the login screen.
- Enter your email address, then select Reset Password and reset your password via the email you receive.
(Please note, check your email's Junk folder to ensure you do not miss the email.)
If you enter an incorrect password or email address five (5) consecutive times, mattero will automatically lock your account for five (5) minutes.
Entering the incorrect details will display a warning message, as well as your number of remaining attempts.
If your account is locked, a message will display how many minutes remain until you can try again.
Once your account is unlocked, you have an additional five attempts to log in before your account will be locked again.
