You can create a Microsoft Word or PDF file version of your Invoices in mattero. These can be downloaded at any point in the Invoice's process (Draft, Approved, or Paid) for you to save to the Matter and send to your clients.

Download Invoices

To download an Invoice:

1. In the sidebar, select Invoices ($), or select the Invoices tab on a Matter or Contact's page.
2. Select an Invoice's Actions menu and select Download Invoice.
   
   Alternatively, you can export all Invoices to a spreadsheet by selecting Bulk Actions and Export All.

3. In the Download Invoice from Template window, select an Invoice Template from the dropdown list and enter a Document Title as needed.

4. Select Download as Word or Download as PDF, and select Save Invoice Document to Matter as needed. (This creates a copy of the file in the Documents section of the Invoice's related Matter.)
   
   
5. When all selections are made, select Download.

Download an Invoice during Editing

Invoices can also be downloaded from the Edit Invoice screen. To do this:

1. In the sidebar, select Invoices ($), or select the Invoices tab on a Matter or Contact's page.
2. Select an Invoice's Number, or select its Actions menu and select Open Invoice.

3. In the Edit Invoice page, select the Actions menu, then select Download Invoice.

3. In the Download Invoice from Template window, select an Invoice Template from the dropdown list and enter a Document Title as needed.

4. Select Download as Word or Download as PDF, and select Save Invoice Document to Matter as needed. (This creates a copy of the file in the Documents section of the Invoice's related Matter.)
