Reports provide an overview of information for a particular aspect of your organisation, such as Matters, Invoices and Payments, Productivity, and Tasks.
Reports can be previewed in, or exported from, mattero in a variety of formats. You can also filter by various parameters and columns, group by columns, choose to include or exclude GST (as applicable), and more.
Viewing and Configuring Reports
To view Reports:
- In the sidebar, select the Reports () icon.
- Select a Report as needed from the list.
Various filters and other options can be configured in each Report.
The dropdown menus and buttons at the top of each Report are the filters that can be applied to arrange the raw data.
The Actions menu offers the option to print the Report as a PDF, or export as an Excel or CSV file.
The Column Chooser () icon opens a window that displays a list of any available columns that are not currently in the Report. Columns can be dragged and dropped to and from this window as needed.
Further, all columns in the Report can be dragged and dropped to reorder them as needed.
The following reports are currently available in mattero:
A list of Matters and their outstanding unpaid invoices and work in progress balances.
Aged Work in Progress
A summary of Work and Expenses in Progress, displayed by an aged period of time.
A list of Matters with summary details and Cost balance information.
Client Contact Details
A list of Matters with Client contact details.
A summary of current and paid Invoices.
A summary of Fees and Expenses for Invoices.
Productivity by User
A summary of Cost transactions by a User over a defined period.
Productivity by Client
A summary of Cost transactions by a Client over a defined period.
Tasks by Due Status and Priority
A summary of Tasks for a User organised by either Status or Priority.
