It would be useful to be able to save a phone call file note/record (as distinct from just a 'note') and have this as an option from the +Create button.

Alternatively, to be able to add time markers to a note. 

I am almost entirely fixed fee so don't really use or want to use time records, and would prefer to just keep good phone file note records with times attached, for reference.
